Ambitious residential development complex of 22 private houses that are located 500 meters from Athalassa Park in Nicosia.

Developer's intention in this project was in creating a modern quality settlement which responds to the maximum extent toaesthetic and operational needs of our season.

All villas characterized by an inventive design approach, which artfully elaborates forms and materials of modern architectonics in the urban environment. Geometric shells, extensive use of wood, and the refined facades add to the exterior of the houses an imposing sculptural dimension.
